Has my order shipped?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. You can also check your order status by clicking "My Account" and entering your email.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order after placing it, please contact us immediately via email at orders@flowerstocolombia.com or WhatsApp during our business hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time in Colombia). We will assist you as promptly as possible..

How do I track my order?

Click "My Account" on the top right of our website and enter your email. You’ll be able to view your order status.

My order never arrived.

An item is missing from my shipment.

If an item is missing please contact us immediately at orders@flowerstocolombia.com.

My product is missing parts.

Contact us at orders@flowerstocolombia.com or via WhatsApp at +1-832-387-8177 for assistance. We will evaluate the issue and send any missing parts if necessary.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are shipped as soon as they become available. You will be notified via email when your item is back in stock and ready to ship.

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" at the top right of our website and fill out the required fields to create an account.

How do I edit my account information?

Log in to your account, go to "My Account", and click "Edit Profile" to update your information.

I forgot my password.

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Shipping & Returns

How much is my shipping?

Shipping has a flat rate of $9.99 USD to all cities within our coverage area.

How do I return my product?

Contact us at orders@flowerstocolombia.com within 2 days of receiving your product to request a return. We’ll provide instructions.

I received the wrong product.

If you received the wrong product, please contact us at orders@flowerstocolombia.com or via WhatsApp. We will resolve the issue promptly.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for eligible items. Please visit our Return Policy page for more details.

When will my order ship?

Orders for same-day delivery must be placed by 3:00 PM (local time in Colombia). Any orders placed after this time will be delivered on the specific date requested by the customer.

Do you ship to my country?

Currently, we only deliver to major cities within Colombia.
